Surveys waiting to upload

Open Saved in the iPhone app, connect to the internet, and choose Retry uploads now. Sign in with the account that collected the surveys. Do not uninstall the app while unsent work remains: local photos and drafts are removed when you uninstall.

Wrong location or block

Use Correct block in survey mode and confirm the cross streets. GPS cannot reliably distinguish opposite sidewalks. The first dataset uses road-center segments unless a blockface identifier is present.

Account and privacy requests

Sign in to your profile to request an account export, deletion, or review of published material. In the iPhone app, open You → Request account deletion. Requests enter the same operator review queue.
