Evidence first. Rewards after review.

Points measure civic contribution. They never change StreetQ Scores, confidence, cleanliness weights or moderation standards. Payments earn no points.

• Qualifying approved survey: +10.
• First approved survey ever for an unsurveyed blockface: +10 bonus.
• Your first qualifying survey of a unique blockface: +5 bonus.
• Eligible resurvey: +10 total, after 30 days without fresh approved evidence.
• Independently verified before/after cleanup evidence: +20. An administrator must verify the two approved photo submissions and the contributor's attribution.
• Pending, rejected, spam and ineligible repeats: zero points.

Repeated surveys of the same block by the same person within 30 days earn no survey points. Another person's first qualifying survey can corroborate recent evidence. Server receipt times determine cooldowns; old or future-dated evidence does not earn rewards. Cleanup evidence pairs cannot be reused, and cleanup rewards have a 30-day per-person/block cooldown.

Weekly and monthly points use the first approval date in New York time. Streaks use the New York calendar day the server received qualifying evidence; approval can confirm an earlier day. Streaks remain active through yesterday. Review corrections reverse points and remove badges that no longer qualify. First-discovery claims are not reassigned after reversal.

Profiles and rankings are opt-in. Only your chosen username and aggregate stats are public. No email, phone, auth identifier or movement map is published. Username changes have a 30-day cooldown; visibility can be turned off immediately. Report impersonation or abusive names through support.

Badges

Neighborhood Pioneer recognizes the first qualifying approved survey in a named canonical neighborhood. Founding Mapper and Beta Tester require an administrator's documented verification; they do not award points.

Future neighborhood coverage milestones will distinguish personal surveys from community coverage. No percentage badges are awarded until their measurable criteria are defined. Indexed blockfaces are not necessarily surveyed or scored.
